You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period — no partial refund for the current month.

2. Annual and 3-Year Subscriptions

Annual and 3-year subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from the initial purchase date, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

3. 14-Day Trial Period

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not yet published your site with an active custom domain, you may request a full refund.

4. Hourly-Billed Modifications

Hourly-billed code modifications are payable before the work is carried out and are non-refundable once the work has begun.
