1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the services of Local Shop Host (operated by Solutions Codexalia Inc.), you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

2. Description of the Service

Local Shop Host provides a subscription-based website hosting service (Standard, Pro, and Pro+ plans), including an editor that lets the client customize their site's content.

3. Client Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity carried out under your account. You must have the legal authority to represent the business for which you are creating a site.

4. Client Content

You remain the owner of the content you publish on your site (text, images, products, services). You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and usage rights of this content. Local Shop Host reserves the right to suspend a site whose content is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on a third party's rights.

5. Service Availability

Local Shop Host makes commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Local Shop Host is not responsible for interruptions caused by third parties (host, payment provider, email service) or events of force majeure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Shop Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, revenue, or customers.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your management area. Local Shop Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of non-payment or violation of these terms.

8. Changes

Local Shop Host may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
