Billed at an hourly rate of $100/h, in 5-minute blocks. A deposit of half the estimate ($100 minimum) is required before work begins. If the time actually worked is less than the deposit, the difference is refunded — for example, 30 minutes worked on a $100 deposit results in a $50 refund.
