Move better, live better.

We look for why it hurts before treating where it hurts. A complete 60-minute evaluation, a clear plan, and exercises you can actually do at home.

Reasons to consult

The bars show the typical number of sessions needed based on our records — an average estimate, not a promise. Your plan is set after the evaluation.

Acute low back pain 3 to 6 sessions

The classic "thrown-out back." Treated from the acute phase, with movement advice rather than complete bed rest.

Sciatica and disc herniation 8 to 14 sessions

Pain radiating down the leg, numbness. Slow, closely monitored progress; we refer for imaging or medical care if neurological signs worsen.

Neck pain and torticollis 3 to 8 sessions

Stiff neck on waking, one-sided tension, a raised shoulder. Often linked to your workstation: we look at both.

Cervicogenic headaches 4 to 10 sessions

Pain starting at the neck and rising behind the eye. Keep a journal for two weeks before coming in — it helps enormously.

Sports injuries 4 to 10 sessions

Runners, hockey, skiing, gym training: shoulder, hip, knee, low back. Soft tissue therapy and a gradual return to activity.

Pregnancy and postpartum monthly follow-up

Table with support cushions, gentle techniques only, working on the pelvis and sacroiliac joints. Safe at every trimester.

Children and teens 2 to 5 sessions

Growing pains, an overloaded school bag, gamer posture, scoliosis screening. Very light pressure, adapted to age.

Chronic pain and seniors personalized follow-up

Arthritis, morning stiffness, loss of mobility. Goal: keep independence and the pleasure of walking, not to "fix" a 78-year-old spine.

The axis of treatment

Five steps, always in the same order. No one gets adjusted before we understand what's going on — and if your case isn't within our scope, we tell you and refer you.

1

History and exam

Your history, your work, your sleep, your sports. Then a neurological, orthopedic and range-of-motion exam. X-rays only if the exam justifies them — never as routine.

2

Diagnosis explained

We show you on a spine model what's blocked and why the pain shows up elsewhere. You leave with a written plan: estimated number of sessions, frequency, and the goal of each stage.

3

Adapted treatment

Classic manual adjustment, or gentle instrument-based techniques for seniors, pregnant women and those wary of the cracking sound. You choose, fully informed.

4

Home exercises

Three exercises, not fifteen. Filmed with you at the clinic and emailed to you, with the frequency and what you should feel — and what you shouldn't.

5

Re-evaluation and discharge

Re-evaluation after four to six sessions, using the same tests as at the start for an objective comparison. Once it's resolved, you're discharged. Maintenance follow-up exists, but it's never mandatory.

No package to prepay, no twenty-session contract. You pay per visit, and stop whenever you want. Receipt provided on-site.

Private insurance

Chiropractic care is covered by most group insurance plans, often at 80% up to an annual cap. An official receipt with the practitioner's Order membership number is provided at every visit, with direct billing available with several insurers.

CNESST and SAAQ

Work or car accidents: we complete the forms and bill the organization directly once the file is open. Bring your claim number.

Emergencies

Two time slots are kept open every day for backs that lock up in the morning. Call before 9:30am and we'll find you a spot that day.

What we don't do

No six-month care plans sold in advance, no routine X-rays, and no promises to cure conditions outside the scope of chiropractic care. When needed, we refer you to your doctor, a physiotherapist or a podiatrist.

Four habits worth a whole session

Free, and you can start today. Half of our office-worker patients stop hurting after fixing just the first two.

Screen at eye level

The top of the screen at eyebrow height. A laptop on the table tilts your head forward 30 degrees — that's 18 kg of load on your neck.

Move every 30 minutes

Two minutes standing is enough. The best posture is the next one — no position is good for three hours straight.

One pillow, not three

On your side: a pillow that keeps your neck level with your shoulders. On your stomach: the worst position for your neck, and we know it's hard to change.

Lift with your hips

Bend your knees, keep the load close to your body, and never twist your torso while lifting. February snow shoveling is our busy season for a reason.

How long has this been going on?

Pain that's lingered for months won't go away on its own. Book an evaluation: by the end of the 60 minutes, you'll know exactly what we can do — and what we can't.
