Seven classes, seven intentions
Intensity shown from ● to ●●●Hatha
Postures held for several breaths, alignment explained in detail. The class that builds the foundation — and the one where you finally understand what you're doing.
Vinyasa / Flow
Postures flow with the breath. It raises your heart rate, makes you sweat, empties your mind in 20 minutes.
Yin
Five minutes per posture, on the floor, with props. We're not working the muscle but the deep tissue. Uncomfortable, never painful.
Gentle and chair yoga
Mobility and balance without getting on the floor if you don't want to. Everything can also be done seated, on a stable chair.
Hot yoga
Room B at 38°C, controlled humidity. Heat loosens you up fast, so we go slow. Bring a towel and plenty of water.
Prenatal
Adapted by trimester, with variations for the pelvis, back and breathing. Also a chance to meet other expectant mothers.
Guided meditation
Thirty minutes seated or lying down, guided aloud. No posture, no flexibility required. The easiest and hardest class.
What “level” actually means
Beginner
You've never done yoga, or you did years ago. The teacher names every posture, shows every step, offers an easier variation out loud. We assume nothing.
All levels
The majority of our classes. The teacher gives three versions of each posture — simple, medium, ambitious — and you pick the one that fits your day. A beginner and a ten-year practitioner fit in the same class.
Intermediate
You've been practicing for a year or more, you know the names, you follow a sequence without demonstration. Faster pace, optional inversions, fewer explanations.
The schedule
Current session · book online or by phoneMorning classes (6:15 and 9:30) and end-of-day (5:15 pm) are the busiest. Saturday 8:30 am stays quiet — that's our secret.
Two rooms, zero mirrors
Your first time, question by question
I'm not flexible at all.
Flexibility is a result, not an entry requirement. Our stiffest students are the ones who progress the fastest — and we have blocks and straps to shorten the distance between your hands and your feet.
Will I look ridiculous?
Everyone looks at the teacher or the floor. No mirrors in the rooms, no correction out loud in front of the group. We ask your consent before any physical adjustment.
What should I wear?
A t-shirt and comfortable pants, that's it. Bare feet (or non-slip socks if you prefer). Avoid very loose clothing that falls over your head when you bend down.
What should I bring?
A water bottle. Mats, blocks, straps and blankets are provided and cleaned. For hot yoga, add a towel and a change of clothes.
When should I arrive?
Ten minutes early. That gives you time to find the changing room, set up your mat, and tell the teacher it's your first class — they'll keep an eye on you.
What if I need to stop mid-class?
You sit down, you breathe, you resume when you're ready. No one will ask why. Leaving the room is also perfectly fine.
The teachers
500-hour certification (Yoga Alliance), additional training in movement anatomy. 12 years teaching, former long-distance runner who discovered yin after a knee injury.
300-hour certification, prenatal specialization (85h) and yoga adapted for seniors. Trained physiotherapist, 16 years teaching. She runs the 6-week beginner series.
500-hour certification, two trainings in India (Rishikesh, 2016 and 2019), 9 years teaching. Speaks little, explains well, and will remind you to unclench your jaw.
