A moment for you, never rushed

Every session starts with a short conversation about what brings you in — tension, pain, or just needing to slow down. Pressure is adjusted throughout the massage.

Our approach

Listening to the body before touching it.

A graduate of the Institut de massothérapie de Trois-Rivières in 2013, Camille has been practicing for twelve years, seven on her own. She works alongside local physiotherapists and chiropractors for more complex cases.

Two private rooms, each with its own temperature control and soft music. Unscented oils and lotions available for sensitive skin or pregnant clients.

  • 1 Welcome and check-in. Five minutes to talk about your current needs, tension or pain.
  • 2 Personalized session. Pressure and technique adjusted throughout, never fixed in advance.
  • 3 Post-session advice. Stretches or habits suggested based on what was noticed during the massage.
  • 4 Receipt on the spot. Ready to send to your insurer, no waiting.

Our techniques

We suggest the technique based on your needs, not what's trendy.

Swedish

Long, flowing strokes. The classic starting point for a first visit.

Deep tissue

Sustained pressure on deeper muscle layers, for chronic tension.

Hot stone

Heat relaxes the muscles before the manual massage — ideal in winter.

Reflexology

Targeted work on the reflex points of the feet, for whole-body relaxation.
